Rule number one is research, you need to make enough research on the products you want to buy. For example if it is a bag you want to buy you must find as much information as you can about it, the type, quality, brand and price. This will enable to bargain with the seller because you know exactly what you are talking about. Failure to know some amount of information will put you in the position that is bad because this seller will know you have no idea about the bag you want to buy if it’s original, low quality or fake. So it’s very important to know something about the products you are about to spend your money on.to be able stay within your budget.

WINDOW SHOPPING.

Rule number two is window shopping, this is the most important part though because it enables you to find out the different prices that various shops have .now this helps you find the shop that is offering the best price which is the lowest of them. If you skip this rule you will not be able to save as much money as you are willing to save. Because different stores offer different prices because of the different factors that affect the stores like rent.

DISCOUNTS.

Rule number three, this is the one thing that makes all shopping addicts happy, is to find discounts on the products that they always wanted to buy but could not afford. This is how to find the best discount deals in Kampala. Several stores offer discounts if the shop is just opening up, festive seasons, public holidays like valentine, if they are celebrating an anniversary, if the product is no longer trending and if they have aggressive competitors that are willing to go to extremes just to make sales. Now this where you come in and take full advantage to shop at low costs.

SEASONS.

Rule number four is the seasons .you must know the seasons like you know how old you are because this plays an important role in saving a lot of money. Because several store’s prices are mostly affected by this. The begging of the year is the best time to shop because these stores might have some left over festive stoke that they are trying to get rid of and if you don’t care about trends this for you. They are willing to accept the price the customer is willing to pay, the middle of the year is that time no shopping addict wants to shops because the prices at this time of the year are very high in some cases this also when the dollar shoots up. So you don’t want shop at this time of the year. End of the year this also perfect for shopping because most shops are in the celebration mood discounts are offered left, right and center.to save more you must know these seasons so perfectly.

COUPONS.

Rule number five is knowing the couponing game. Now in Kampala Uganda couponing is not famous. So what this means you must keep your ears on the ground so that you are able to hear those radio ads, words people are saying about a certain store and your eyes widely open when you go to these stores so that you can see the coupons. And also those internet ads as well. To be able to save a lot of money. Coupons are perfect because they come with different offers like buy one get one free, happy hours and several more.

TYPES OF SHOPS & LOCATIONS.

Rule number six is knowing the type of shop you are shopping from. You must be wondering what this has got to with you saving money. This is why you should care to know. If you go and shop at stores that are located in malls and big commercial buildings the chances of saving are less because these stores deals in expensive products and the good thing about this is that these products are original. Which makes the products insanely expensive. The other type of shops are the street shops these deal in both high quality and low quality products which makes saving possible because you can bargain which you might not be able to do on shops located in malls.

SHOPPING LIST.

Rule number seven is to always have a shopping list. This takes some level of discipline as well. You must stick to your shopping list and the money listed to be able to save money so that you don’t end up spending money on this you want but don’t need. That are not even on the shopping list.
